How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return and refund, please follow these simple steps:
- Email our customer support team at support@wellroot.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Package the product securely (even if the bottles are empty) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 3-5 business days depending on your bank).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@wellroot.com with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
